IPA Pneumatic Automatic Mounting Press, 1.25"

  • Model: ipa-pneumatic-automatic-mounting-press-1.25in
Product Description
IPA Pneumatic Automatic Mounting Press, 1.25

The automatic mounting press IPA enables to mount metallographic samples with every kind of hot mounting resins, very fast and economically, with a fully automatic mounting process controlled by a microprocessor that complies with the CE safety rules. The sturdy body is in oven painted steel. The mounting pressure is supplied by a pneumatic cylinder: the pressure is controlled by a manometer and it is restored automatically. The mold assembly, for mounts 1.25", is made with a special hardened steel and it is lapped to precision tolerances. The screw closure system is safe and easy to use. The heating system is digitally controlled. The cooling is by a water circuit, to be connected to the water laboratory supply that is opened automatically at the end of the heating process. Both heating and cooling temperature can be preset. An audio signal informs the operator when the cycle is completed.
